Currently we run adult classes 7-9pm on Thursdays at St Padarn's Church hall in Llanbadarn Fawr, Aberystwyth, SY23 3RA.
Current classes cost £10 per session or £32 a month.
The price includes insurance.
We welcome anyone who want to come and learn about the Wing Chun system and how it can be applied for health, self-knowledge and self-defence.
There is no particular dress code, whatever you might wear to a gym or an exercise class is fine.
